-Knowledge of Ticketing systems ITRAC, CQ, AOTS
-Good Communicator Oral and written
-Good understanding of Platform and Applications.
-Hands on in unix scripting
-Should be able to troubleshoot problems
-Understanding of Websphere / Weblogic is additional benefit
