Job Description :" Having 4 years of experience as Unix Admin and Oracle DBA, User Administration Activities - Account Creation/Deletion/Modification, password reset and Server backup initiating and verifying
Monitoring Alerts using tools, server backups, jobs for success, failure.
Maintaining Serve inventory list. - Addition, Deletion of the servers
Coordination with other parties & Report Preparation
Implementing password policy, Printer configuration and administration tasks.
Server crash dumps analysis, clearing the defunc processes, Scheduling the job using crontab
Troubleshooting server performance issues, Backup and restore issues.
Configuring log rotation for log files, Applying OS patches and packages
Writing SOP documents for Unix activities Oracle DBA

Desired Profile :" Should have experience in HP Unix, Linux, ORACLE DBA, Sun Solaris
Experience on Oracle DBA Servers with Unix platform (Linux / HP-Unix / Solaris)
Have experience as Unix Admin and Oracle DBA, User Administration Activities - Account Creation/Deletion/Modification, password reset
Administration of Unix servers
Installing and configuration of OS
Having work experience on Oracle Server 10g, 11g , RAC, Data Guard, clustering , SQL Server 2005/2008 and Unix, Linux, Solaris"
