Role and Responsibility
1.Development on Java / J2EE
2.Unit Testing
3.Development as per the schedule and estimations
4. Quality Work
Demonstrated Experience
1.Development on Java/J2EE technologies
2.Have enterprise application development experience
3. Expertise on Core Java, JSP, HTML and other J2EE technologies/framework
4. Ability to work independently or manage a small team of 2-3 people
5. Hands-on (90%) and the rest around managing the technical delivery and coordination
