Good communication and convincing skills
Must have excellent negotiation skills.
Sound Technical Background; candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience would be preferred.
Should be able to work under pressure, in a high volume environment, to tight deadlines without accuracy being compromised.
