Java Programming programming and OOAD concepts, basic OS concepts
Analytical skillfulness – approach to solving puzzle/real problem
Exposure to manual testing and tools like QC/QTP.
Basic expertise of the automation tools like JUnit and the features of it and how to use them( SOAP UI / Silk Performer )
Check for interest to work in sustaining role along with manual and automation QA responsibilities
Candidate Profile :
Check for exposure to network(n/w)ing domain area of expertise
Exposure to multi threading concepts – narrate exposure and specific examples
Exposure to memory profiling tools- narrate exposure and specific examples
Identify reusable functions that improve the robustness, re usability and maintainability of their test scripts
Maintain automation scripts in test harness/test management tools – narrate exposure and specific examples
Use code coverage tools to track code coverage with the automated tests —
Design, develop and execute automated tests using the selected tool, which will likely require programming in Perl, C, C++, Java Programming , or some scripting language – narrate exposure and specific examples
