College, Patna – 800014 on or before 21/10/2013.

*. Please use CAPITAL LETTERS for filling the form.
*. Paste your photograph on the specified place, do not staple or PIN the
photograph.
*. Put your signature on the specified Block, do not overwrite.
*. The Demand Draft should be in favour of Registrar, Central University of Bihar payable at Patna ofRs.300/- (for SC, ST, PD and Female is Rs.150/-)
*. Please put a Tick (?) mark where necessary.
*. Only downloaded Application Form from the website www.cub.ac.in can be filled up and send to us.No other format will be accepted. Both English and Hindi version of Application Form is availablefor the convenience of the candidates. Any one version may be downloaded, filled and submitted inthe prescribed format.
*. Applications incomplete in any respect will not receive any consideration at all.
*. Application processing & registration fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
*. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage evenafter the issue of appointment letter, the University reserves the right to modify/withdrawal/cancelany communication made to the candidates.
*. No TA / DA will be paid for appearing in the examination however SC, ST and PD candidate shortlisted for interview will be reimbursed equivalent to return Single Second Class railway fare / Busfare towards journey on production of proof.

The Central University of Bihar (CUB) is one among the sixteen newly established Central Universities by the Government of India under the Central Universities Act, 2009 (Section 25 of 2009). The University is presently located at the premises of Birla Institute of Technology, Patna (BIT Campus, P.O.- B. V. College, Patna – 800 014). The University is most likely to be located at Panchanpur, approximately 10 km from Gaya on Defence land to be transferred soon. Keeping in view of the permanent location of the University at Gaya, it has been decided to launch new academic Programmes at Gaya.As stated in the Section 5 of the Act, the objective of the University shall be:“… to disseminate and advance knowledge by providing instructional and research facilities in such branches of learning as it may deem fit; to make special provisions for integrated courses in humanities,
