Job Description :
TECHNICAL ARCHITECT :- 1. Hands on hard core Techie
2. Must have an experience on Enterprise kind of Projects, which involves one or more of the followings a. Performance SLAs for UI and Batch Jobs b. Memory Utilization and Heap Dump problems c. Performance improvement activities java, DB etc d. Concurrent users load scalability
3. Should have an experience/exposure to find the gaps/holes in the implementations and suggest improvements not theoretical, but real experience
4. Experience on making the applications scalable, productized a. Experience on utilization of JVMs, clustering, load balancing, context based routings to enable
5. Experience on SOA, real OOPs concepts/implementations
6. Excellent troubleshooters
7. Should be able to influence/guide/inspire the Tech Leads and technical teams
8. WebSphere experience is preferred
9. Architecture Principles / Decisions/Process /Deliverables
10. Architectural Patterns/Solutioning/Strategies
11. Ability to lead entire Technical team by showing technical depths (Hands-on, practical knowledge)
12. Performed Technical Architect role in past and having more than 2+yr experience( at least ) in architect role.
13. Nice to have Hands-on project experience on Open source Technologies with JBOSS Application Server ,Mule Soft ,Liferay,DROOLs,SONAR & Donts 1. Tech Archs who just got promoted from Tech Lead positions because of their number of years of experience 2. Superficial theoretical knowledge 3. Being part of the architect team, but not contributing anything by him/her self & Experience: -& 12-15 Yrs Location- Bangalore & & USA
