Applications are invited from unmarried male/female candidates by the Government of India for grant of Permanent Commission (PC)/Short Service Commission (SSC) in the following Cadre/Branch of the Indian Navy, for course commencing June-2014, at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala.

Qualifications :
NAIC - Minimum 65% Marks in B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical. Post Graduate Degree in Electronics / Physics.
Education - M.Sc Physics (with Maths in B.Sc) ; M.Sc Maths (with Physics in B.Sc) ; M.Sc (Operational Research / Analysis) ; M.A. (English OR History) ' M.Sc Chemistry (OR) BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in CS / IT / Electrical / Mechanical / ECE / Instrumentation / Telecommunication; MCA.
Logistics / Works -
For SSC Logistics Cadre : B.Com / M.Com; BA / MA (Economics) ; BBA / MBA ; BBM / BMS; BCA/MCA ; B.Sc (IT) / M.Sc. (IT); B.Tech / B.E. (any Discipline) ; Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Material Management ; ICWA ; Chartered Accountants.
For Works : BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering; B.Architecture.
Job Description :
(a) Height and Weight - Minimum height 157 cms for men and 152 cms for women with correlated weight.
(b) Eye Sight - 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses and should not be colour/ night blind.
