Job Description :
Responsibilities :
1. Enter patient demos if patient is not available in the Application using Scanned Reports
2. If scan is not clear, need to follow-up with the client for clear rescan
3. Need to verify patient address in USPS
4. Key the charges with correct Date of Service (DOS), Provider, Place of Service (POS), Facility, Rendering and Referring Doctors, CPT Codes, Units, Modifiers, Diagnostic Codes
5. Bill the Insurance agency or Patient wherever applicable
6. Deliver Daily target for Charge Entry
7. Good understanding and knowledge of Charge Entry
8. Hand holding of the trainee associates and share good skills with the them
Requirements :
Years of relevant/domain experience: 1 -2 years
Specific skills needed to perform
1. Hands-on knowledge on Charge Entry, Insurance Verification and basic Coding a must
2. 1+ Year in Healthcare Industry
3. Good problem solving skills
4. Good English Communication Skill mainly Written
5. Excellent typing speed >45WPM with accuracy of >98%.
