Job Description :

*Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
*3 – 5 years of experience in Domestic BPO, preferably in telecom back office domain
*Should have prior experience / knowledge of service request / close looping / e-mail correspondence process
*Should be currently designated as SME / Team Leader for at least 1 year in the current organization
*Role is Managing and handling end to end Process, SLA’s & KPI’s for Domestic Telecom Back Office Vertical
*Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Sharda Centre, Karve Nagar, Pune
Roles and Responsibilities:
*To motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment.
*Monitor transactions/bucket allocations and coordinating with circle SPOCs/Vendors/TSG to ensure timely closure of SRs.
*Able to analyse the abnormal trend of the SR flow with related root cause.
*Answer operations related queries from the client.
*Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverables.
*To create a conducive and stimulating environment for the teams to accomplish their goals.
*Manage expectations of his team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs.
*Represent the organization and participate in client visits and reviews.
*Ability to drive process, performance and control attrition.
*Excellent written and spoken English and presentation skills.
Key Deliverables/Responsibilities (KRA/Measure):
*Should have the maturity and experience to manage multiple tasks/LOBs
*Should have the required expertise and analytical skills to provide strategic process improvement inputs - (Operational excellence)
*Should be able to independently manage shifts.
*Should be open to work 24/7
*Ability to create a conducive and stimulating work environment
*Coordinating with Circle team within set activity time.
*Effort to reduce repeat by closing the request/complaint right first time (RFT)
*Highlighting the FE/Vendor mistakes to reduce the invalid complaints/request flow.
*Maintain Quality response and resolution.

Mandatory:

*Should be open to working in shifts (including night shifts)
*Should have prior client front ending / client management experience
*Should have prior team handling experience
