Excellent communication is must.
The ability to grasp technical problems and their implications quickly and take appropriate action
Ability to test web sites and desktop applications based on the Microsoft platform.
Should be able to prepare test data ahead of the release deadlines.
Should identify all kinds of bugs/issues (functional, data based, user interface)
