Job Description:
1)Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel.
2)Receives and prioritizes issues and forwards using appropriate escalation procedures.
3)Provides functional or task leadership.
4)Coordinates special projects and system upgrades.
5)Briefs customers and/or management on the status of resolution efforts.
6)Serves as a technical advisor to users with complex systems issues by resolving or conferring with technical personnel.
7)Recommends system or process improvements, including procedures, training, and enhanced
documentation.
Candidate Profile:
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree from a recognised university.
Typically requires no previous professional experience.
