The selected candidate should Support the annual compensation revision exercise.
Ensure accurate data entry in all pertinent compensation tools
Participate in meetings and take key notes have a clear understanding on the subject discussed.
Ask when in doubt.
Mailbox management.
Adhere to firm's established standards for quality, service, delivery and SLA.
Candidate Profile :
The candidate should be a MBA - HR & Finance from a recognized university
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Macro knowledge is a plus.
Accountable for work accuracy.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Ability to collaborate in a virtual environment.
Ability to deliver results.
Strong eye to detail.
Self-starter with ability in completing the assignments with the required deadline
