Job Description :
1. The candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Should have 0 – 2 years experience in call centers handling domestic and international customers.
3. Should have Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi & Local Language) and verbal ability.
4. The candidate should have the ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Should be able to engage with people in a convincing manner.
6. Should maintain the ability to generate ideas which can help him/her and the team to achieve the targets assigned.
7. Drive and passion for results.
