Job Description :
Graduate male candidates.

Good Technical Knowledge.
Will act as the SPOC to the users will be able to Log the calls, assign it to engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.
Escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with vendor.
Prepare MIS report.
