Job Description :
1. Good hands in Exp on IT Recruitment.
2. Preferably in Contract staffing.
3. Involved in end to end IT recruitment in the domestic market.
4. Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals (Monster, Naukri), Data Bank, Personal Network, Employee Referrals.
5. Gathering the requirement from the Recruitment Head.
6. Sourcing techniques including Internet recruiting/mass mailing, to maintain a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
