Requirements :
• Self-motivated, passionate recruiter with hands on experience in recruiting for us staffing market.
• High level understanding and screening capability in various technologies / tools.
• Good understanding US staffing statutory requirements, hire and contracting process, and pay rates etc.
• Experience in w2, c2c, and contract to hire positions. Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles.
• Good track record of delivering recruited resources.
• Excellent client interfacing skills, communication skills, organized, disciplined and productive.
• Approve Resumes / Rates of candidates for submissions and submittal to the salespersons
• Keep the team motivated
• Communication with US counterparts for specific requirements/submittals / bottle-necks or any other problem
• Appraisals and Leave approval of team members
• Daily snapshot, PO Status and other process related reports
• Interviews for new hiring
• Maintain Discipline and direction of team members
• Follow ups on all contract agreements, background checks and Physical PO's
• Providing training to new hires regarding the recruitment process
• Delegating requirements among the team members
• People Management: Planning and managing the career growth of Associates
• Empowering team, setting the right expectation for the team in aligning with organizational and project goals
Desired Profile :
• Should be a Graduate in any stream
• Should have good communication and convincing skills
• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure
• Excellent negotiation and Team Management skills
• Should have a sound Technical Background (Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitment's experience would be preferred)
• Candidates with domestic IT recruitment's background willing to move into US staffing are welcome.
