1. Manage Business requirements.

3. Strategize and implement test transformation including automation, CoE model implementation.
4. Lead change management - business and IT stakeholders perspective.
5. Demand forecast and fulfilment.
Operational
1. Implement SLA framework, manage and monitor.
2. Track all the project delivery in the LoB (ex: Global Markets, Operations & technology etc).
3. Monitor contractual obligations.
4. Periodic Portfolio reporting to business, IT, and management.
5. Plan and implement Knowledge Transition along with period status updates.
6. Profitability improvement.
7. Knowledge Management Implementation.
8. BCP/DR planning.
People
1. Change management of rebadged employees/contractors for process, transformation alignment.
2. Plan and implement skills development as per contract requirements.
3. Balance offshoring and near-shoring through right talent acquisition.
4. BEE objectives on Skills development and employment equity.
