Job Description

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

3 to 8 years of Application Testing experience on custom developed applications out of which minimum 1year hands on experience on Guide wire products.

Essential Experience performing different types of testing including Guidewire product testing and creating test scripts/cases with good attention to detail.

Ability to automate test on need basis. Hands on experience working on Automation tool is plus.

Essential Good knowledge of test execution through Test management tool.

Good awareness of the processes generally followed in software testing.

Fluent business English (spoken and written) language skills.

Good communication skills at all levels. Should be comfortable in individually getting onto the calls and discussions.

Experienced working in a onshore/offshore environment with a flexible and adaptable working style to work with aggressive project schedules.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel.

Flexibile to work in shifts.

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily own the test case preparation and ensure test coverage, scripts preparation.

Set up, requirement traceability configuration and any other configuration requirements around the testing.

Should be aware of general defect life cycle management.
