Senior HRMS consultant:
Should have minimum 2 end to end implementation experience of Oracle Core HRMS, Self Service, OLMS, iRecruitment, Payroll, SSHR, Advanced Benefits and Compensation Work Bench Experience on Oracle EBS R12 would be an added advantage ? Should have experience in Business Requirement gathering , GAP Analysis , Application configuration, Prototype design and End user training. Exposure to Oracle AIM Document Methodology is a must. ? Should be well versed with trouble shooting and issue resolution of application related issues ? Should demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with Business users and client management.
